I recently stayed at a hotel in Seoul and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable and affordable, especially considering the location. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the subway station, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, I appreciated the attention to detail in the rooms, with comfortable queen size beds and basic amenities provided. The staff was also friendly and provided good service, making my stay enjoyable. Lastly, the hotel offered a nice breakfast which was a great way to start the day.
All was satisfactory and met my expectations.

The location was convenient and the room had a nice tv
Apparently it is a love hotel, which is used by korean couples. It's not common that people stay there for more than one night.

There is subway station not far from the venue. All we needed for shopping in Seoul...

This place is conveniently located near a train station and within walking distance to a supermarket. The room was satisfactory, with free WiFi and a television.

Over charged compared to when booking on web. Bad cleaning, horrible beds, no sound proof from other hotel guests

It was close to the metro, and has a very good staff dealing with any problems promptly.
They clean the rooms in the late evening, since it is a "love hotel" for young Korean couples to have some private space away from parents during the day, but the cleaning can disturb light sleepers. While the staff was very nice and helpful, most of them do not speak english, but not a huge problem if you write a note. Biggest problem is a complete lack of space to put any stuff, no drawers or closets. So you literally live out of a suitcase. And while the room is relatively clean, there are more out of the way places that haven't been dusted or cleaned, like the mess of cords under the computer table.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and the hotel interior was nice. The pillows were soft and comfortable, and we had four of them in our room with a queen-size bed. The down blanket felt soft and cozy. We also appreciated the free drinks in the fridge, which included mineral water, juice, and a vitamin drink. The free flow of coffee in the lobby was a nice touch. The hotel also provided free WiFi in the room, which was fast. We enjoyed watching movies on the large TV using the free movie option available through the PC.
Nothings.

Good location near the subway. The prices is expensive compare to the facilities and room condition give. The advantage are only the location. The boss can speak english very well but only be there at night. Should have water dispencer in the room.
Not water dispencer. Need to provice wireless internet since in Korea internet is a complusory for everybody.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is very close to the subway station, making it easy to explore the city. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, including a main street where cheap cabs can be flagged down. the hotel is right beside a Buddhist temple, which adds a unique touch to the surroundings.
Some neighboring noise can occasionally be heard in the rooms.

The amenities are unbeatable: jacuzzi bath tubs, ridiculously comfortable beds, a surround sound stereo system with hundreds of free movies to choose from, turbo-aircon, free snacks and drinks, and located right across the street from the Sinchon subway entrance. I don't think it gets much better than that.

The Shinchon Vogue Hotel was a great value for the price. I did a bunch of research as myself and a group of friends were going to visit Korea together and I had to find something that would suit all of us. Basically I need to find a hotel that was cheap but still in a central location and of course clean, comfortable etc... The great thing about the Shinchon Vogue was that it is almost designed from groups. There were areas in the hotel we could use for group gatherings and activities. Some of the rooms had multiple computers so we could all email, facebook, tweet and most importantly, play games and watch shows from back home where we were back tired from traveling. Overall everyone was very satisfied with the decision to stay here.
I wish there were more English speaking personnel but that's was a problem everywhere, even at the Ritz... So can't really complain.

Huge television with a personal computer in the room, perfect for solo travelers. Great location with many eateries and subway within a short walk.- Conveniently close to attractions like Churro 101.
Some rooms were small and not spacious enough for two people. Shared toiletries from previous guests, not individual bottles.

I liked the hot tub in the room. All lights, TV and AC were remote control. The hotel is only 3 minute walk from the subway. The music bar in the basement was terrific. The hostess/waitress/musician was great and very friendly. A big thank you to her.
This is not the easiest review to write. The hotel have clearly spent lots of money but there are some things are not OK. On arrival at 7PM one of the 2 booked rooms was not ready (7 hours after we could have checked in). Also had to prepay in full on arrival. The hotel bar is closed at the weekend. Came down to reception at 8.30 am to find staff sleeping on makeshift bed behind reception. The water was way too hot, scalding in fact. One bump of the shower tap mixer could result in a nasty burn. The floor in my room was also sticky.
